1. Booking & payment
We accept the following payment methods:

2. Change & cancel bookings
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Simply use the link in the booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation in the 3 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
If you have booked by phone or email, please write us an email or give us a call.

In most cases we will find a solution to make your vacation with us possible. Please contact us about this.
3. Pricing information
The prices of our rooms vary depending on the season. The final price that is displayed when booking is the final price including VAT.
The price per person is currently €25.00 / day / guest and includes:
- warm drinks
- cold drinks
- cookies and snacks
4. Checkin & Checkout
The rooms are available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. At the reception you will receive the room key after entering your reservation number or your name.
If your arrival differs from our arrival time, we ask you to discuss this with us before booking.
Check-in before 2:30 p.m. is generally not possible, but you can leave your luggage with us for as long. Late check-in after 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is not a problem. If it is later than 8:00 p.m., please let us know in good time.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. If you want to stay in the room a little longer, please ask the evening before your departure whether this is possible. If the rooms are not vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, the boutique hotel can request half of the room price for further use of the room (which is caused by untimely clearing) until 1.00 p.m. If the room is not vacated by 2:30 p.m., the full room price is due.

For check-in and check-out, you can stop in the limited parking spaces of our boutique hotel. Parking in the limited spaces is unfortunately not possible. The following parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity:

5. General questions
Enjoy our inviting breakfast buffet in the breakfast room:
Mo. – Fr.: 07:30 am – 10:00 am
Sa. – Su.: 08:30 am – 11:00 am
The price is € 15.50 ** / per night / per guest
Luggage can be stored at the reception of our Hotel.
Pets are not allowed in our boutique hotel.
Free WiFi is available throughout the boutique hotel. You will receive the password from us at check-in.
For cyclists we offer a separate, locked area to park your bikes free of charge. Despite the area in the hotel, we assume no liability for theft or loss of the bike.
Yes, this number of participants is currently from min. 5 up to 10 people.
After your confirmed booking, you can use the conference room from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
